Hebei Machinery Import and Export Co., Ltd. was transformed into joint-stock foreign trade company in October 2005. As its predecessor, Hebei Branch of China National Machinery Import &Export Corporation was founded in October 1974, which was the earliest export and import company focusing on mechanical and electrical products in Hebei province. With more than 30 years of striving and endeavoring, Hebei Machinery Import and Export Co., Ltd. has witnessed its abundant experience, professional advantages and outstanding business portfolio, expanded import and export business, and now has become a much more capable export and import company for mechanical and electrical products in China.
The company has adopted modern management, comprehensive regulation and established sound service system. Consequently, the company was awarded ISO9001:2000 quality system certificate of Accreditation. According to the company business organizations, the business departments are set up as follows: Export Departments, Import Deportments, Labor Cooperation Department, Tanggu Office in Tianjin and Shanghai Office; Comprehensive functional departments are set up as follows: General Manager’s Office , Planning Department , Financial and Accounting Department , Legal Affairs Department and Information Center. The Overseas Office and Subsidiaries are set up in U.S.A. (Los Angeles), Canada, Chile (Santiago), Argentine (Buenos Aires), Egypt (Cairo), Ghana (Accra) and Ethiopia (Addis Ababa).

The annual amount of import and export has reached more than 180,000,000 U.S. dollars.
